Indoor Essence Interiors provides interior design, planning and execution services for homes, including full-home interiors, modular kitchens, bedrooms and tailored projects. Everything described on this website — packages, indicative pricing, delivery timelines and finishes — is for general guidance only. The exact scope, materials and price for your project are confirmed in a written quotation or agreement before any work begins.
When you submit an enquiry, you confirm that the details you share (your name, phone number, project location and requirements) are accurate and that you are authorised to provide them. Consultations are free of cost and do not by themselves create a contract for design or execution work.
Project value, payment schedules and delivery timelines are agreed in writing before execution begins. Handover timelines — typically 45 to 90 days — are estimates that start from design sign-off and receipt of the agreed advance, and may be affected by site readiness, approvals and material availability.
You agree to provide safe and timely access to the project site, to give approvals within reasonable time, and to obtain any permissions required from owners or associations. Changes requested after design sign-off may affect both the cost and the delivery timeline.
Layouts, drawings, 3D visuals and specifications we prepare remain our intellectual property. They are shared for the evaluation and execution of your project and may not be copied, reused or handed to another party without our written consent. Photographs, text and other content on this website belong to Indoor Essence Interiors and may not be reproduced without permission.
We work with materials from reputed brands and stand behind our workmanship with the warranty stated in your project agreement, which covers select materials and workmanship for 15+ years. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, water damage, or alterations carried out by third parties after handover.
You may cancel or reschedule a consultation by informing us in writing. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, charges for design work delivered, materials procured and work completed until that date may apply, as set out in your agreement.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access to it, or use its content for any unlawful purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Indoor Essence Interiors is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.
